Principles of Organic Chemistry

An introduction to the study of compounds of carbon. The classes of organic compounds are identified, defined, and studied, and their functions in biochemistry or physiological chemistry, embalming, and toxicology are examined. 2 quarter hours credit. Prerequisite: SCI 351
