Licensed Funeral Director / Embalmer

Now interviewing candidates for a licensed funeral director and embalmer position. Will consider newly licensed/apprentice or experienced. We are a family-owned funeral home. The right candidate has the potential for advancement based on performance and experience.

Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Assisting families through the arrangement process.
* Planning and setting the chapel for visitations and/or services.
* Preparation of decedent for the funeral service.
* Lead funeral procession from service to the burial site.
* Availability to work weekends and take after-hour calls.

Job Requirements:

* Proficient with computers and technology
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize
* Professional communication skills
* Excellent driving skills and clean record
* Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
