Toni Thigpen Scott is a dedicated administrative professional with over 20 years of experience in administrative support services. A native of Laurel, MS, she relocated to Stone Mountain, GA, 34 years ago and has since built a thriving career in both public works and education. She earned her Administrative Assistant certification from the University of West Georgia in Fall 2024 and has made a significant impact through her roles at DeKalb County Public Works (Roads & Drainage), where she served for 13 years, and Atlanta Public Schools( Facilities Administrative Management Services), where she contributed for 7 years.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Toni is deeply committed to community engagement. She actively volunteers with organizations such as March of Dimes, various youth programs through the YMCA, and serves as the chairperson of the hiring committee at S.I.S Cheer Connection. Her dedication to service underscores her passion for uplifting others and fostering positive change.
In her free time, Toni enjoys crafting, traveling, and outdoor activities. Most importantly, she cherishes time spent with her family, including her three children—two daughters and a son.
