Memorial Coordinator

• Meet with families and provide information related to their or their loved one’s memorial purchase and design process.

• Assist families with the design of their loved one’s memorial.

• Clearly communicate to the family any additional costs incurred by changes or additions during the memorial design process prior to finalizing any design.

• Accurately complete any necessary contracts associated with changed to memorials during the design process.

• Place orders for paid memorials according to specifications of the contract with various vendors and track the memorial from order to delivery.

• Inspect all delivered markers for accuracy of design, quality, craftsmanship, and possible damage.

• Update marker tracking log to communicate defects or approvals to admin for invoice processing.

• Prepare work orders, coordinate installation of memorials with appropriate Cemetery Maintenance staff, and all administrative duties related, but not limited to, processing work orders for Corporate reporting.

• Administrative duties required for burials include, but are not limited to, preparing paperwork and processing documents for interment authorizations.
