Multicultural Liaison

• Strengthen links and facilitate communication and interaction between cultural groups and linguistically diverse families.

• Develop healthy and positive attitudes with families of ethnicity.

• Interact with families to enhance and support culture and beliefs.

• Encourage and empower families to participate in the final disposition of their loved ones.

• Provide language interpretation between staff and families as needed.

• Translate written material as needed.

• Assist with programs to promote a better understanding between cultural groups and staff.

• Work directly with General Managers to ensure Southern Cremations & Funerals is standing out from the competition

• Post inspirational and informative content on our social media platforms.
