Intern or Licensee

Our small to medium size progressive firm located in south central Pennsylvania serves 140 – 150 families a year is now in search of an intern/apprentice, or a newly licensed funeral director, to become a member of our team/family that is eager to learn, grow professionally and become an active part of our community.  It is our desire to see this position become long term employment and career advancement is a potential for the right person. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of funeral service; which include but are not limited to, transferring from the place of death, embalming, applying cosmetics, dressing and casketing, learning the art of funeral arranging, and overseeing visitations and funerals.  We offer a competitive salary and benefits, assured time off and an amicable schedule.
