Embalmer / Funeral Director

We have a full-time position for an embalmer/funeral director that is interested in joining our team of funeral professionals caring for and serving families. Applicant must have completed a mortuary science program, either Certificate or BS degree must have embalming experience, not just book knowledge. Some basic computer skills are a plus.

Individual must be kind-hearted, professional, selfless individual willing to live in a small rural community in Colorado with a great school system, churches, golf course, hospital, and people. Applicant must be willing to obtain or possess a Colorado Producer Insurance License for pre-need. Applicant must have a current drivers license. Must have the following references: at least one of each of the following:  previous employer, apprentice supervisor or co-worker, clergy. Applicant will be subject to a background and possibly a credit history check. There is no age or gender requirement or limitation, this position would work well for a semi-retired funeral director/embalmer that is looking to slow down and enjoy living and working in a small rural community. Compensation will be competitive for this profession and can vary depending upon experience and qualifications.
