Licensed Funeral Director

General Duties:

• Coordination and organization of funeral arrangements. 
• Directing funeral services.
• Meeting with and establishing plans for families and individuals interested in pre-arrangements.
• Set up and breakdown of funerals.  
• Preparation of deceased for viewing and transport.
• Embalming.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Licensed Funeral Director
• 5+ years embalming experience
• Must be available for scheduled on-call nights and weekends. 
• Must possess valid Georgia driver’s license and clean driving record. 
• Candidate must be an excellent communicator, have good bedside manner, demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor. 

Preferred Skills:

• Management background.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish & English)
• Experience with removals.
