Ashley Harris McCoy is a native of Augusta, Georgia and holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from Georgia State University, a master’s degree in Leadership from Shorter University, and a post master’s degree in business with a specialization in Marketing from Northcentral University. Ms. McCoy is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration degree from Walden University. Aside from her educational background, Ms. McCoy has over 20 years of financial management and small business management experience and more than 15 years of direct marketing experience. Since leaving banking in 2017, McCoy has pursued her love and passion for teaching by becoming an adjunct instructor and inflight instructor evaluator with a major airline. Ms. McCoy is the owner of The Brand New You, a comprehensive business resource company that specializes in addressing the foundational needs of newly formed businesses. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her son Tabius, teaching marketing and small business strategies to young entrepreneurs, and traveling.
