I’m Dr. Adrian Bachman and I have a passion for funeral service that started many years ago. It’s always interested me and when I had the opportunity to go back to school I perused my education in Mortuary Science at John A. Gupton college. During school and following graduating, I had the great opportunity to work in a family funeral home in Tennessee, and then returning home to Illinois I continued in my small-town funeral home. I performed all aspects of the funeral industry and learned so many valued lessons from those that taught me and were seasoned veterans in the field. Due to life’s circumstances I was not able to continue my career in the funeral profession and returned back to school. However, my passion for funeral service and the dedication to the families has always been a part of my life and I still have the desire to be a part of such a great line of work. I received my bachelor’s degree of Science at Illinois State University, then continued on to graduate school in Chiropractic Medicine at National University of Health Sciences. While in graduate school I also received my master’s degree in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University. Following my graduation from my Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine, I opened my own practice in Pediatric Nutrition. The passion for funeral service has always been with me and when considering how I can continue to help others has led me to teaching and to blend all my desire and passion together. I pursued teaching funeral service where I can give back to students the knowledge that I have learned as I was given and continue on the legacy that was given me. I thrive on helping others and look forward to helping each student to have a better knowledge and understanding of funeral services’, so they can in return make a difference in the world. In my free time I love spending it with my wife and wonderful family, and when opportunities arise it is especially enjoyable to go traveling around the country together.
